The history of the Galilei Group began when its founder, Nobuo Fukushima, standardized and started manufacturing Japan's first commercial refrigerators.The Company has since continuously expanded its business while contributing to the resolution of social issues. At the GALILEI Group, we support the food lifeline essential to daily life across the entire food production stream, and we ensure food safety and security for consumers. We have expanded into the "life" field, including medical science to help extend healthy life expectancy, aiming to make a valuable contribution to the evolution and development of the field.
Food Service Operations
Since we developed the industry's first standardized commercial refrigerator, the ER Series, we have manufactured and marketed kitchen equipment widely used in the food service industry as well as in commercial kitchens and their storage and preparation areas. By leveraging our expertise in cooling technology, we manufacture commercial refrigerators and freezers, ice makers, blast chillers and shock freezers for rapid freezing and chilling, and dough conditioning equipment for optimal dough fermentation. We have a variety of food service equipment, including dishwashers and automatic cooking equipment, enabling us to offer the best solutions to our customers.

We deal in large capacity refrigerators and freezers mainly used in commercial restaurant kitchens and their storage and preparation areas. We have an extensive range of products available to meet the diverse requirements of our customers.
Ice makers:
The M!RACLEAR Series produces exceptionally clear ice with high energy efficiency.

Blast chillers / Shock freezers:
Blast chillers and shock freezers are designed for rapid chilling and freezing by quickly removing residual heat from freshly cooked food.

Large Food Processing Equipment Operations
We were the first company in the world to develop, design, and manufacture a continuous rapid freezing and cooling system, the Tunnel Freezer®. Our goal is to promote automation and labor saving in production and logistics lines within food production factories.

Tunnel Freezer® is a continuous rapid freezer that can freeze food even at room temperature. This rapid freezing technology minimizes ice crystal formation, extends food storage periods, and preserves food quality after defrosting. Spiral freezers:
The conveyor belt in our spiral freezer is configured in a spiral to optimize the available space within the freezer. Ideal for mass food production, these spiral freezers offer a space-saving solution for food processing facilities.
Production and conveyor lines:
We assist in the transportation, production, sorting, packing, and shipping of frozen and chilled foods products throughout the food production process with our production and conveyor lines. In order to deliver the exact production and conveyor lines that our customers require, we offer comprehensive solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce labor needs for food production factories. Panel Operations
